So, I'm trying to fool Olivia into coming out by performing nesting behaviors. I have to pretend that I'm nesting because I'm not really. It hasn't fooled her yet, Olivia is still high in my belly.
I have rearranged and cleaned 2 levels of the house (our house is pretty much a beast), done all the laundry including ironing, went through the clothes, and done all the other chores that pop up through the day.
Last Sunday I had the stomach flu that caused dehydration and in turn contractions- Painless non-progressive contractions. A few hours monitoring and then sent home with a sleeping pill and instructions to drink water. Not even a stomach cramp since then. I kind of wish they would have taken her out that night.
With Caitlin we used castor oil, it was gross. With Audrey we just had her surgically removed, it was not that bad. With Olivia, I attempt trickery.
We'll keep you posted but it will probably be about 2 weeks still. She's not late yet.

That's funny. I never considered using that method with Kate. I was SOOO tired of being pregnant. At least we know that no one's ever stayed pregnant forever. :D
The waiting is the worst! I thought it got better with each cute addition. However, your testimony proves that whether it is your first, the next, or last, meeting those little bundles is as exciting and nerve racking as the first time. Best wishes to you and your darling family.
Good idea even if it doesn't work. I liked the "surgically removed". All four of my were c-sections and although I would have loved a VBAC it just wasn't an option for me. Good luck with yours and hang in there.
