Not So Wreckless Abandon

So the girls and I are headed to California for part one of Jonny's wedding tomorrow. Once again we are abandoning David, once again we will be apart for our anniversary. We look forward to seeing family and enjoying a quick change of scenery (although we LOVE the scenery and friends here).
Talking about scenery- I went to this cool little fabric shop the other day, St. Theresa's Textile Trove. What an eclectic little beauty of a shop. I bought some oil cloth to make little apron's for Caitlin's birthday in November. I finished the prototype and I am rather pleased with it. Not so pleased with the machine I'm using though... Yeah, that had very little to do with scenery.
Caitlin is very much the social butterfly and is pretty receptive and responsive to the desires of others. If another child falls, she'll inquire about their well-being. She shares pretty readily and is very helpful at explaining what you should be doing. Audrey is large and in charge- especially this weekend while Caitlin is away in West Chester.
Really, pictures are forthcoming but probably not until after CA. I will be wearing my new dress there. The pictures should be well worth the wait.
